Summary: There was something on the ceiling in the sitting area that looked like it might have been mold. There was dirt visible around the air vents. There seemed to be something wrong with the mixer/ faucet handle in the shower. Room 416. Closing the breakfast bar at 9 am is too early. There are a lot of guests trying to eat right as staff are closing it down.

Summary: Room was fairly clean and well accommodated. Gym facilities were adequate. Staff was friendly and accommodating. AC unit in room 236 was not functioning properly - it would cool sufficiently but during cycles it would drip loudly, making sleep difficult. Also, the carpet in the room seemed excessively dirty and facial tissues were almost empty on arrival.

Summary: This was a great trip to see family and the hotel was the perfect location. We will definitely be back. Our only complaint was that the room was definitely not that clean - there were crumbs throughout the cabinets and clothing drawers, the fridge had a huge sticky spill and the pullout sofa was not usable as there were crumbs and what seemed like leftover food particles everywhere. We had to fashion a bed with some extra bedding out of the couch and the ottoman which worked fine but it was kind of gross. We did mention it to the front desk on two occasions but there was no follow up. The other thing to be aware of is that there are few towels at the pool - there were about 5 total that we saw on any occasion. The breakfast was good, typical and plenty of it. And the fitness and overall facility are great, again, super close to all things and walkable to Caribou Coffee and Planet Fitness among the nicer shops too in the area. Wifi works really well, kind of a bummer to have to pay for parking (an extra fee we were not aware of) but also means that there was always a space for guests. Again, loved the place, the staff were excellent and very friendly (despite our myriad requests they were always pleasant to us and I was very grateful!) - just need some attention to the cleaning process of the kitchens, couch and carpets to get those crumbs and spills from previous guests, ick.
